Olga Gavrilik, Director of «Apis Alba» took part in the casting of the TV show Amazing People (analogue «The Brain») and passed all stages. The program was released on Russia-1 TV Channel on Sunday, October 11, 2020
The project “Amazing People” is already in its fifth season. In the first stage, casting editors around the world choose the most worthy participants, who then challenge the main prize of 1 million Russian rubles. In each issue there are 8 participants. Olga had worthy opponents: mnemotechnicians, master keys, costume designer, deaf dancer of modern dance, master of balance, rollers.
The first task was to identify 10 types of honey, without tasting them to taste and without seeing the colour, only by aroma.
The second, more difficult, was to identify the prevailing type of honey from the composition of three types of honey. Our heather, rapeseed, linden and buckwheat honey also took part in the tasks.
Our director has completed all the tasks and confirmed the title of the best honey sommelier.
Our director did not make it to the finals, but she took great pleasure in working with real professionals – the Amazing People team and watched how the complex and multi-level television system works.
She met amazing people!
